Included with every purchase or free download:

Not permitted under the Standard License:

• ❌ Sharing files electronically (email, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)

• ❌ Posting files online, including blogs or parish websites

• ❌ Uploading files to classroom platforms without permission (e.g., Google Classroom, Schoology, Blackboard Learn, Canvas LMS, Moodle, D2L Brightspace, ClassDojo, Seesaw, Edmodo, Blackbaud Learning Management System, PowerSchool and others)

• ❌ Printing and distributing across multiple classrooms, schools, or parishes

• ❌ Altering, reselling, or using artwork for merchandise or mass reproduction

🏫 Extended License (Parish or School-Wide Use)

If you’d like to use Coloring Catholic materials across multiple classrooms, grade levels, or as part of a school-wide or parish-wide program, an Extended License is required.

This license allows you to:

• ✅ Distribute files across multiple grades or classrooms

• ✅ Share with all catechists, teachers, or ministry leaders within your parish/school

• ✅ Print in bulk for events, Catholic schools, or parish celebrations

• ✅ Post internally to your private learning platform (e.g., Google Classroom, Schoology, Blackboard Learn, Canvas LMS, Moodle, D2L Brightspace, ClassDojo, Seesaw, Edmodo, Blackbaud Learning Management System, PowerSchool and others)

📩 To add an Extended License, simply check the Add Extended License ($8.00) box before adding to cart. This allows that particular downloadable to be used in multiple classrooms, parish programs, or group settings. Each downloadable would require its own Extended License.

Not permitted under the Extended License:

• ❌ Posting files on a publicly accessible website where anyone in the world can download them.

• ❌ Using the artwork or designs on merchandise (shirts, mugs, posters, etc.) or any resellable item.

• ❌ Reselling, altering, or redistributing the files as your own products.

• ❌ Deconstructing the files to extract images or elements for use as clip art in other projects (whether for sale or free).
